A cop "protects and serves" an innocent guy right into a concrete wall, leaving him in a coma. And does this agent of the state face assault charges? Of course not. Just another ordinary day in Police State, U.S.A.:

By the way, it's absolutely clear that the "fleeing suspect" in the video is barely jogging, and he is slowing to a stop before being brutally attacked.

And people still wonder why an innocent person might want to try to get away from these thugs.
