Note the calm complacency of the other members present. It's interesting how we have all been conditioned to simply stay out of the way of cops who are "just doing their jobs," even when they are clearly in the wrong.

The art of the "blanket party" needs to be shown to not just the mayor, but those government thugs. The man did not resist arrest, stated his back had been operated on, and he was peaceful. When peaceful means are removed, there is only one more option. Sadly.
