Article I, Section 7, of the U.S. Constitution states, "All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills."

Wrong. Remember, this is America. Since when have constitutional barriers meant anything to the ruling elite?
The Senate simply decided to include the $700 billion bailout as an "amendment" to existing bill HR 1424. Voila! This idiotic bailout plan remains alive, and Washington's socialist agenda has scored another victory.
